  We got a burger, two pieces of fried fish and coleslaw. The burger and coleslaw were quite nice. The fish was delicious. Would have been perfect if they had malt vinegar to go with the fish. Floors filthy. Customer service ok at best. Hope the new Whataburger on Center is better.

  If Tammy is running the show, this is the place to go. I went by this Whataburger today. I’m from Texas and the flavors where authentic just like if I was in Texas the atmosphere was very welcoming and I was made sure that I was taken care of good job Hickory Whataburger.

  Dining room was almost as disgusting and unorganized as the kitchen seemed to be. Don’t be open 24/7 it you can’t handle it. Update: just got home to find a MASSIVE hair on my LUKEWARM burger. This place is disgusting and management should be ashamed of themselves. Get it together.

  Awful first experience — we will never go back. We waited about 15 minutes in the Whataburger drive-through for a small order: 3 milkshakes, 2 burgers, a 9-piece wing order, and 2 apple pies. When we finally got to the window, we were told they only had one apple pie available and it would be another 7 minutes for the second one. The fries were terrible. I’m not sure if they normally come without salt, but they were bland and honestly inedible. Unfortunately, when we got home we realized both burgers were wrong. I ordered a double jalapeño burger and a bacon cheeseburger, but we were given two plain original Whataburgers instead. The overall quality of the food was extremely disappointing. The apple pie had no flavor, and the wings (pictured) that cost $15.19 were very underwhelming. To make matters worse, the person at the drive-through told me the wings were “very good,” which made the experience even more disappointing once we tried them. The total for this order was $52.80, which is unacceptable for the quality and incorrect items we received. This was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had. The quality and service at this Whataburger location were extremely disappointing. I would not recommend wasting your time or money here. I hope management sees this review and takes steps to improve the quality and accuracy of orders at this location.

  3rd time I've been there to eat and it was by far the worst. Food was ok,ice was over flowing out of the drain of the drink machine,no lids for cups,no napkins,floors were sticky,food laying in the kitchen floor and out in the restaurant area,drinks were not very cold out of the machine,I didn't even dare go in the rest rooms,and some of the employees acted like they didn't even care about getting you stuff that you asked for. A manager really needs to look at the way that place is being run.
