    They have been out of Coffee at this location for 4 months. You can’t even Online order it. They need to order better or something! It’s a shame a huge company like McDonald’s has no Coffee… Guess Starbucks and Dunkin will keep getting my money. Maybe they will be out for 2026 and I’ll have better luck in 2027.

    We WERE SHOCKED! It's been years since I have eaten at McDonald's and it was great! The food was fresh, cheese was actually melted decadently over the hamburger patty. The bum was steamy hot and tender. French fries were perfection. Everything was mouth watering delicious.

    Everytime I order a burger with onions on it they make sure to put none on it. I always have to give them my burger back and ask them to put onions on it and most of the time when they give me the burger back there is still no onions on it. They've done this almost everytime ive ordered there. They seem to not be able to make an order correctly

    Don't buy a happy meal here. We just ordered a 4 pc nugget happy meal with extra fries. They only gave us the nuggets and a drink and not even in the right box. We finally got them to give us the fries, but they refused to give us the toy, saying we had to pay another 4 dollars just for the toy! What appears to have happened is that the workers and manager rang the order up incorrectly and were to lazy or too stupid to void out a receipt and create a new order. The workers might be trying to keep the toys for themselves to sell later, possibly. Avoid this mcdonalds location unless you want a sad meal.

    Fairgrove Church Rd morning crew got this one's morning cre beat by far!!! Can't even get an order taken after waiting in line, by myself, after waiting for a minute or two. Happened two days in row. Fairgrove can push out 10 cars in that time. Night crew at this location legit though. Great service from night crew.
