Food was cold and soggy by the time it was handed to me and I’m about 99% sure they handed my food to the car in front of me and didn’t even check it before giving it to me because i watched them hand the customer the bag and watched the customer hand it back and pull down to the waiting area. When I got to the window they were looking around and said “that’s his bag right there” and handed me my order with my nuggets box opened and my burger wrapper opened. Ended up throwing it away when I got home because that’s just unsanitary and disgusting knowing another random customer touched all over my food. Plus the girl at the window had to ask me what drink I ordered and then proceeded to carry on a conversation while taking her sweet time to fix it after I had already been waiting behind just two cars for 20+ minutes.. just a horrible experience all around

Got to the window and figured out why it took so long because all the girls in there were laughing and playing around like they were at a party. Had to ask me what my order was twice and still gave me the wrong bag and when I finally get my bag my food was cold. Had to ask me what my drink was and before she could be bothered to make it she had to turn around and laugh with her coworker and finish her conversation.. this place is a joke. Will be calling the 1800 number in the morning
