  The absolute worst experience ever. Was called a liar and was met with hostility from the moment the “manager” with LDE got on the phone. And it sucks bc I used to love patronizing this location. Luckily the internet is vast, and corporate has already been contacted.

  I regularly stop by here to grab a pizza on my way — always fresh, tasty, and fast. Great place!

  I just recently left a positive survey about this store a couple weeks ago because we had two great experiences with service and food during lunch. We decided to come for dinner tonight and the staff and manager were definitely the most unprofessional I’ve dealt with. Wife put in a mobile order with coupons for free cheese sticks, she checked out and was given her total, she paid it. We arrive at the location and the employee tells her she owes $7.50. She says there is still a remaining balance that she didn’t pay through the mobile app. We show them the total on the receipt from the mobile order and that we paid it. The woman at the counter had an attitude the whole time and said “well you need to pay the $7.50”. We said remove the cheese sticks then because we used our coupons and they want us to pay for it still. She went to get a manager. The manager was just as bad. She told us we have a remaining balance, we show her the receipt and we paid the total that was given to us. She then told us “it only did that because you didn’t have enough money in your account”.. excuse you. The entire time they just kept trying to blame us for using our coupons in the mobile app. At this point I’ve had it and I said for the 3rd time remove the cheese sticks we’ll just waste our coupon because I’m not dealing with this awful service anymore. She finally went to remove it while continuing to blame us for not having enough money in our account so that’s why there’s a remaining balance. She obviously has no idea how anything works and was just blowing smoke the whole time trying to defend their system. I explained for the last time how I saw the the total as my wife paid it and the coupons worked. And she finally said it bugged out our system and we have to deal with this all the time blah blah. Sick of managers having awful customer service and blaming customers for their flawed system. No apologies, just gave us our food and left. So we lost our coupon and the first employee then said to the other employee, we have an extra cheese stick in the back now.. Don’t go here for dinner, we learned the hard way. The lunch crew both times we went the last couple months were awesome but this experience completely nulled those out. Also to top it off, we paid for sausage on our pizza and didn’t get it and the pizza was the saddest looking pizza I’ve ever gotten from Pizza Hut.
