While consuming the meal, I noticed a long hair entangled in the fries. This discovery was highly unpleasant, as I had already consumed a significant portion of the meal before noticing the hair. Although it is understandable that the staff may be fatigued at that hour, maintaining hygiene standards is paramount. The packaging was greasy, the fries were limp, and the presence of a hair in the food further compromised the overall quality. Consequently, I lost my appetite immediately.

I get employees love to talks about customers but the lack of professionalism was crazy. I know it was my mistake I was going to drive off without my frappe but there was a cafe behind me therefore I scooted up a bit and waited for them to get their food and then go grab my frappe. As I go which I was only a few feet away I hear the Hispanic lady which I thought was very kind up until I heard her talk so poorly about me I am Mexican American and speak both English and Spanish. She proceeded to talk insulting me calling me crazy telling her coworker “La gente está más loca que yo esa se fue sin llevar su frappe” keeps talking about me until she realizes im in front of her trying to laugh it off. I look at her at tell her yup that happens to be me (the crazy one) no apologies no nothing just tried to laugh it off after insulting me.
