The last straw was my burger being the complete opposite from what I wanted, It was absolutely disgusting, and completely killed my appetite. Walking inside is never any better. People are always yelling behind the counter, people (which i believe are the managers) shouting across the restaurant, and it feels totally chaotic. The vibe is uncomfortable from the moment you step in. And somehow, the order is always messed up—missing items, wrong items, cold food, you name it. I get that mistakes happen, but when it’s every visit, and the place feels this unorganized, it’s just unacceptable. I blame whoever bags the food for the drive thru everything is usually incorrect. Definitely the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. Avoid if you can.
