  My husband tried to order the same breakfast he got last week and the staff said there's no such thing as the "egg sandwich" and rang up "bacon bun" instead whatever that is, and they argued with him and when he responded he used the f word and they said they are going to call the cops on him even though he made no threats. He reminded them cursing isn't a crime. WHAT IS GOING ON??? WHO IS WORKING HERE?? IT'S ON THE MENU AND CAN BE ORDERED FROM FRANKLIN!! This needs to be taken to corporate. Avoid this screwed up location, no wonder it had a fight.

  Traveling for work it's my first time here and it was awesome. They recommended the bacon and cheese burger and it's the best burger I've had in awhile. Luke helped me out and I really appreciate it. Hope y'all are able to let him know. Sitting here at a booth you can see how hard they work. Thanks for the great service and the fantastic food. 80s music added to the diner vibes and made it feel like a movie.

  I’m usually a Five Guys kind of guy. I don’t really do McDonald’s or Burger King anymore. No knock on them, those were childhood favorites. That said, Whataburger makes a solid burger. The burgers are good, basic burgers with the right condiments and fixings. Nothing crazy or exceptional, just a well put together burger that tastes good. The flavor is balanced and satisfying if you’re in the mood for something straightforward. The fries are decent as well. Overall, I’d call it an above average fast-food burger. It’s a good option when you want something different and don’t necessarily want to go the Five Guys route.

  Never been to a Whataburger. I see a lot of scathing reviews but I didn't read any of them. The Drive-Thru was semi long but it moved fairly quickly. After we pulled to the window, I noticed the cashier was working double duty. She was definitely a little short with me and not super friendly. The kind of friendliness and professionalism you expect from like a Chick-fil-A and such. I should have checked the screen to see if my order is correct but after I didn't receive my onion rings I looked at the receipt and noticed they put fries instead. Although we did receive three chicken fingers for free randomly even though we didn't order them lol. My girlfriend and I got burgers and hers had toppings And condiments on it that she did not ask for . She was mildly annoyed and had to scrape them off. It's just amazing how often fast food orders are incorrect. It really boggles my mind lol

  First time eating at Whataburger. We were passing through. I will have to say this was not it. I got their limited time big ranch wrap, and I added buffalo sauce to my wrap on top of the ranch! Now you would think big ranch wrap comes with ranch. they decided to take off the ranch and just put a tiny dollop of hot sauce. When I let the guy know he had to double check to see if I ordered it and was confused when I said they never put the ranch on my meal that comes with the ranch. Next my bf got their sweet spicy burger he specifically asked for no mustard cus he’s allergic THANKFULLY Benadryl helps and we keep it on hand since he can still consume it just needs to have that on hand. But seriously how hard is it to read an order and I understand short staffed and all that but taking into account changes should be reminded. The only thing nice there was the old man taking the trash out wishing us a wonderful day
