Took too long to get my food and they did not put the fish fillet on my sandwich so they gave me two pieces of bread, cheese, and tartar sauce on top of that the place was dirty never again

Just ordered door dash 45.53 did not receive my kids meals it’s 8:00 I order at seven the food was cold missing drinks and trying to contact the store nobody is answering nobody has money to waste I will be going to the location tomorrow for my money back

I placed a Curbside Pickup order and waited around 20 minutes - nobody brought it out. When I finally went inside, my order was just sitting there on the counter. I told the cashier that it was mine, and instead of being helpful, she gave me a look like she was doing me a favor by handing it over — even though I had been waiting for so long.

We ate here on September 18, 2025 while our EV was charging at the Tesla chargers in the Franklin Square parking lot. The service and food were fine, but access to the restaurant was not. The sidewalk from the doors was painted black ending in an 8" drop to the drive. My wife didn't notice the curb, stepped off bumping her head, hand, knee and elbow and spraining her ankle. A kind bystander and the manager on duty were sympathetic and helpful in getting her in the car. The sidewalk definitely needs work.
