  Whoever made my iced coffee did it right. Followed the order,and tasted great . I don't always get that, so when I do, it's very much appreciated. Also very clean.

  Don't ever eat here,the employees are so rude,and even when you order ahead of time,they still treat you like it's an inconvenience.When you do the buy one get one,and you order a lot,they get rude and mad..In my opinion,the people working there get paid too much for their attitude..and still got shorted on our sandwiches,smh

  Worst McDonald's ever. The food I ordered was not what I received. I was apparently given someone else's order. I was told to pull up to park waiting on coffee. I had asked multiple times for light ice in my coffee ...there was no ice... what is going on? P.s. the phone number listed here has been disconnected.

  Today for the first time in a long time I needed to get something quick to eat. I placed an order and when I got to the window to pay for it I asked The gentleman to adjust it because I wanted a round egg. The gentleman at the window adjusted it but he didn't adjust it properly. When they bring me the food to the next window I checked it and it had a square egg. I proceeded to go inside and request nicely for a round egg because that's what I was looking forward to... I believe the manager in the back name Que she made a statement and I thought the statement was about me not making sure that the order was right. I got a little frustrated. I was in a rush. I promptly asked for my money back not only did she not argue with me she proceeded to make sure that everything was done the way I originally ordered it. When she came back to the register, because she was in the middle of making some meals for other customers, she explained to me that the gentleman didn't take my order properly and that was the reason why It wasn't prepared properly. I immediately apologized because when she explained it without any attitude and very professionally I felt sooooo bad because you have to be accountable for your actions and when I'm wrong I like to acknowledge that I'm wrong and make whoever I wronged know that I sincerely apologized. I want to make it up to them so with that being said she did still gave me the refund because I was in a rush and she did take care of me... I believe she paid for my meal on her own and gave me the meal the way that I wanted. I want McDonald's to know that this type of woman not even woman this type of professionalism is so rare nowadays I will make sure that I come back there every morning now because I know that there is a reliable manager who's going to make sure that the customer gets what they want and I sincerely apologize if you can please, pretty please give her at least a dollar or two raise I promise you she's going to make your business do what it needs to do every fiscal year I really appreciate Que and her patience and I sincerely apologize please give this lady a raise thank you in advance!

  I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I placed an Uber Eats order for breakfast, but the staff were extremely unprofessional. The supervisor or morning manager canceled my order after saying they would replace my food for the inconvenience, then asked me to repay for it. This location consistently has issues — the food is often cold, items are missing or incorrect, and customer service is poor. The way this situation was handled was completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this McDonald’s to anyone.
