Ingredients are fresh, which makes the pizza unforgettable. The meats juice leaked out and soaked into the crust, easily the best pizza I have tasted in USA. And beef of #37 is super tender, we know it has been braised for a while. Finally, their dessert is nicely decorated and tasted great. It's not super sugary like other deserts. Whoever works in the kitchen of Constantine's restaurant, he/she is more than a chef, he/she is an artist who brings the Turkish art to the Southern part of USA.
- CCCJNov 3, 20255.0I dined at Constantines with a larger group tonight and the food was scrumptious! We ordered a bunch of appetizers to start the meal off. I tried their lavas (puffed bread), balli börek and the mixed mezze. I put away a lot of the lavas and it was the perfect vessel for most of the appetizers. It paired well with the oil the olives were sitting in, the butter which is also a candle and all of the mezze! I especially loved the baba ghanoush, hummus and the red dips. I also loved the combination of the salty cheese, sweet honey and crunchiness of the phyllo with the balli borek. This was another favorite. I was so full from appetizers, I didn't even get a main course but everyone at the table seemed happy with what they ordered! I can't speak on the value since I didn't cover the tab but the lively atmosphere of breaking clay pots full of meat and what felt like endless lavas seemed worth it to me! Although, I did peak at the menu prices and can easily see a group racking up a decent sized tab here especially if you're drinking.
