Other than the employee smoking mj immediately by the door, we love it here! The playroom has its own bathrooms and it's always clean! No tableside service, but a great mcdonalds all the same.

This the WOREST McDonald's!
I live locally and actively avoid this location. Everytime I give it a chance i live in regret.
Today, after the slowest line I pull upto the payment window and my order was cancelled. So we put the order back in and was asked to pull foward in their DT Stall #1. Well suprise we sat there for 10-15mins, until I had to go in and see what was going on with the happy meals. They meals were sitting on the counter for over 10min accoring to the ticket time on them. The lazy workers could care less. Im continually disgusted by this location and its employees.

I've been a regular customer at this McDonalds for years, long enough to see prices rise and menus change and despite that, I've continued to return because of the friendly staff and consistent service. My issue isn't with the employees; they've always been kind and professional. My issue is with the growing sense of corporate greed that seems to have taken over.
Today was the final straw. I was charged for a cup of water. In the past, I would ask for a large cup of water with my meal, and when the Monopoly promotion began, I was told that large cups couldn't be used because they had game pieces. I found that ironic, since the promotion advertises that no purchase is necessary but fine, I switched to a medium cup instead.
Now, being charged even for a medium cup of water feels absurd. Its not about the few cents its about the principle. Loyal customers shouldn't feel nickel-and-dimed over something as basic as water. It sends the message that profit matters more than people.
I understand I'm just one customer, but loyal customers matter, especially when the data shows people are voting with their wallet. Given how much business McDonalds has already been losing to competitors who offer better value and care more about their guests experiences, you'd think retaining loyal customers would be a priority.
At this point, I'm taking my business elsewhere (as in away from McDonalds all together). Its frustrating and disappointing to see a brand I grew up with lose sight of what made it great in the first place.

This HASSSS to be the worst Mcdobalds on the face of the earth. After just sitting in the drive through for 12 minutes, the lady taking the order comes on the loudspeaker cussing someone out in the background. It was great for my 7 and 4 year old to hear such use of the F and N words. This place is beyond help and beyond me. Un real.
