- RBR. A. BenoitJun 18, 20251.0Asked for the advertised "Honey Oat Bread"; they only had wheat and white. Fine. Wanted a steak sandwich; they were all out. No chicken either. Fine. Ordered a ham sandwich, which was supposed to have double provolone. I had to ask for the extra provolone. Again, no big deal. I noticed the fountain machine was out of order, which was ok because I wasn't getting the combo anyway. I asked if I could just get a cup of water. She gave me a large cup for water. Looking at my bill, I noticed she charged me $2.79 for a small drink. When I told her I have never been charged for a cup of tap water, she said she did me a favor by giving me a large cup and only charging me for a small. Not going back to this subway.
