Well It seems as every time I go they are out of one or the other. Well I tried again tonight and guess what!? They were out of the chill the main thing I stopped for. I sate in the drive thur for a good 10 minutes waiting. Just to cancel and get an adtud from the working in the drive though because I wanted to cancel the order. And the truth be told they just didn't want to make any. They definitely could do better!

The workers and management are consistently nice and make sure my entire order is great!!! THE FROSTYS ARE THE BEST IN NORTH CAROLINA!!!! Always thick and flavorful!! I travel a while to eat at this Wendy's. Thank you for outstanding food and service!! Keep up the great customer experiences.

The food is never made correctly I always specify no cheese, yet it consistently arrives covered in it. Attention to customer requests seems nonexistent. Service also deserves a single star. The drive through attendants are either yelling, distracted, or blatantly rude. Their attitude gives off the impression that they couldn’t care less about the customer to the point where you question whether your food is handled with basic respect. I genuinely feel sorry for anyone who might have a physical, mental, or age related condition, as the lack of patience and professionalism here could easily make them targets of the same unacceptable behavior. This location needs serious retraining in both food preparation and customer service. Until then, I strongly recommend avoiding it.
