But yesterday, and not unusual, lobby has ppl waiting, managers will look you dead in your face and say ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! No "I'll be with you in a moment," nothing! But this morning, I have a different complaint. I was highly offended when I heard it. So, it's myself and two hispanic customers. One went to the kiosk, one finally got waited on. A black guy comes in, and after waiting his many minutes he called out to the black manager with the dreds. He asks "Is y'all lobby closed?" She said "No, I'm working." He asked was there no other help. Her offensive response was: "No, you see the ethnicity in here." Let me first say how truly inappropriate that was to say on any occasion for any reason. She would not have her job past today if I were her manager. Because while this McDonald's is predominantly Hispanic, the majority of them are bilingual!!! There are enough racist problems in the world 🌎. Don't add to them. Your lack of customer service skills has nothing to do with who works in that building!
