    Very disappointing experience at McDonald's. The staff was extremely slow and rude, with no sense of customer service. I had to wait about 20 minutes just to get my order. What made it worse was seeing employees coughing in the kitchen area, which felt very unhygienic and uncomfortable. Overall, poor service and a bad experience. I don’t recommend this location.

    First time I've stopped at this McDonald's in years!!! I ordered at the touch screen kiosk, went to counter & paid. I received my food very quickly before I could fill my beverage & chose a table. After I was seated, I heard foul language from another table. A woman was seated at table & talking on her phone. She was dropping F bombs & other profanity to whomever she was blessing out on her phone. Seated at table beside her was a family with 4 children. Then I watched her get up, gather her stuff, & go behind the McDonald's counter. Apparently an employee at the location.

    I’ve been to this McDonald’s like 5 times and every time has been negative. Either the foods bad the ice cream machine is broken, takes forever on and on. Tonight I had a McDouble and the bun was seriously stale. Enough is enough they need new management

    Very unprofessional ppl working there!!! If I order something and it’s wrong there shouldn’t be a problem letting you know!!! Not making the customer feel like they’re wrong!!! I work hard for my money just like the next person and if I order something I expect to get just that!!!! You shouldn’t have to deal with an irate employee!!!!! And not to worry I will never spend my money in this establishment again!!! And I will definitely tell my family and friends not to spend they money here as well!!!!
