I went through drive thru and employees are the only ones that touch the box’s and this is horrible to know your employees are stealing stickers off boxes for people to play the games they spend a lot of money on and especially when the food is cold after I get here! Never going back again! Brier creek in Raleigh is the best one and hasn’t ever done this or treated me wrong.

There was another gentleman who had also been waiting curbside longer than me. I had to show my confirmed order in the app because they hadn’t even started putting my order together. And whenni got where i was going they had forgotten the Big Mac which was part of the order. Really disappointing and the whole kitchen operation seemed ridiculously disorganized. will never do takeout or curbside again!
