I was forced to wait over 40 minutes for an order they had already accepted, which directly impacts delivery times and drivers unfairly. When asked for an update, staff became rude and dismissive instead of transparent. If you’re going to take delivery orders, you need to be able to prepare them in a reasonable timeframe and treat drivers with basic respect. Poor management and worse attitude.
- JKJustin KramDec 23, 20253.0The food is very good but there are some problems with ordering online. 1) I ordered a dish online at the mild spice level and when I brought it home it was very spicy hot. I called them and they said certain dishes came medium hot despite the mild option on the online ordering. Annoying. So they made me a different dish and I drove back to pick it up. 2) these very hot (temperature) dishes were both served in plastic and styrofoam to go containers. I was so hungry I ate it but would not get takeout in the future without an upgrade in their to go boxes and more certainly around what can and cannot be made mild.
