  The staff and service was very unprofessional. 1 one of the managers told my girlfriend and I we have to be 25 years old to sit and eat. 2 we received our food 5 minutes before closing (btw we were seated 30 minutes before). 3 we felt rushed to eat our food because they started to turn off the TVs and the lights 5 minutes into eating our food. Yes I understand Dave & Busters close at 1 but the staff should’ve announced that they were closing and should’ve waited till after we finished eating to start turning the lights and TVs off.. Also the food was not appealing. Definitely will not be going back here. Highly disappointed.

  The technicians are great. Friendly and marvelous, excellent folks. I wish I could say the same for the folks at the bar. I've had good experiences but unfortunately, the bad ones weigh out my positivity... I have been rejected for a coupon laid out that includes a major typo and technically would never be valid. The excuse being that it was for a "reserved event" while clearly the dates on it were indicative for it's use in the winter season. (See picture). A friend of mine also had the misfortune of his card's chips being zeroed out by a rude representative who made a mistake and refused to take accountability. Thankfully it was fixed however the time and stress is unnecessary and hurt the overall experience. With this all being said, I will be willing to update my review based on if my current issue is resolved. Update: The coupons will be accepted, Nelly is an excellent representative and courteous too. The managers took a minute to resolve the issue but it was all taken care of.

  Had a great time at Dave & Busters today! They were very accommodating for the two Veterans we had in our party. Our waitress, Maddie, was great with our kids & so sweet. The managers, D and Devonte, were also super nice and helpful!! Thank you guys so much!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great time at Dave & Buster’s! Ms. Deedee was absolutely amazing so friendly, attentive, and made sure everything went perfectly. The food was delicious, and the whole experience was fun from start to finish. Thank you, Ms. Deedee, for making our visit extra special! I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I try to never write a bad review, but This was hands down the WORST experience I have ever had at ANY establishment. There were 8 of us at the table. The server put in our order on a tablet. Food came out for 3 of the 8. They were already done with their food by the time she checked on us. She looked at the order and said that the other half did not go in, and she had to retake our order. At this point, we had already been there an hour. Thirty minutes later 2 of the 4 meals came (2 kids meals). The guy who brought the food said there was nothing else on the order. I asked for the manager (which I never do). He said he would work on the food. Finally, The server came by and asked “so do you just want to take the food to go or what?” No apology or anything. She walked away and was extremely rude. She did not refill our drinks and ignored us the rest of the time. The manager brought the other two meals, mind you, one was just an order of fries. This was 25 minutes after the kids meals came out. By this point, we had been there 2 hours. No apologies from him either. He said he would take off the last two meals, and I told him no, he needed to comp at least the 2nd half of the check, if not the whole thing. He never came back to the table. The server came back with the tablet and told us he comped a few meals, but we still owed for 3 of the meals. We are from out of town and had been visiting at Levine Children’s. We wanted to let the kids eat and play before we headed back home, so this was 2 hours of wasted time. The women’s bathroom was out of order and we had to go into the mall to use the restroom, but then the mall closed and we could not use the restroom either. I am very, very disappointed in this Dave and Buster’s and the lack of service they gave!
