  Five of us arrived at 4 pm for our grandson's birthday. We waited over an hour for our food and was told that the kitchen was getting backed up only one hour into the dinner crowd. When our prime rib dinners finally arrived, the food was stone cold and the prime rib was terrible when we had been assured it was so special that it was only served on weekends and went fast and the steak was cold and tasted so terrible that we sent everything back and had it taken off our bill. The manager was very nice and gave us no hassle at all but corporate needs to come into this store and get it straighted out. The service is painfully slow and the food was a disaster. The only Outback that we would never return to because it was such a disappointment.

  Visited 11-11-25. Sat at the bar for a "to go" order. Bar tender was inattentive, sat there for 10 minutes with no attention. She finally came to take my order to go. Another couple came in sat beside me, they had the same issue. They finally ordered. Another lady sat down beside me to my right, same issue, finally ordered. Then the couple to my left received their food and ate. The lady to my right received her food and began eating. I still had not received my to go order. I had to flag down the bar tender to have her check on my order. The bar tender had more than she could handle while the restaurant manager wiped down tables in the dining area, not helping her one bit. I give this place a zero. This is not a real Outback. This place is small, it is a "fast food" version of Outback. Very small, small bar, small dining area, poor service with no intelligence. I'm done.

  I just want to say thank you to Felix. He was our server last time we visited this Outback location and his excellent customer service skills brought me and my family so much joy. He was very attentive and professional at all times and made sure our food was good. He was constantly checking on us and making sure everything was to our standards. Definitely recommend this location and Felix services.

  Update: We went in for an early dinner. Love the Aussie, Aussie, Aussie. I got the wedge salad upgrade. It's almost a meal in itself. The lettuce is fresh and with those juicy grape tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles, and tender bacon. The blue cheese dressing is great and the balsamic glaze is the perfect finish. I got the flame grilled seasoned shrimp with a rremoulade sauce and tender garlic toast. It was accompanied by a baked potato. My cheesecake had to go home with me. The raspberry sauce was to die for. My friend got the loaded potato soup which was hot and well seasoned. Also ordered was a bloomin burger with a loaded potato. The burger was cooked as ordered with meat juicy and tender. The onion straws were crispy and he enjoyed adding the bloomin sauce onto the burger. His cheesecake also went home. Service was excellent with Katielynn and check backs and refills were prompt. Previous: I went here with family. I ordered a wedge salad which was a meal into itself. The lettuce was crisp. The bacon, tomatoes, and blue cheese crumbles add perfect touches. The dessing and balsamic glaze are the perfect finishing touches. I got the steak with loaded potato. Truly an amazing meal .

  My boyfriend and I like to come on Wednesdays for a special and to see our favorite bartender. However it seems when that bartender is not here we never seem to get our food correct, last time my salad (the side to my steak) came out first had to wait for my steak. When it came out my boyfriend’s potatoe was supposed to be loaded had nothing and was cold. Had to send back, both of steaks came rare when they should have been medium rare. Sent them back they cooked them longer, still not done enough but I was tired of waiting. Trying again. Tonight, and our steaks came out with no potatoes and said it would be an 8 min wait on potatoes, did we want something else or to wait. We said no we don’t want to wait and let our steaks getting cold. We want everything fresh. Came out steaks aren’t hot and potatoes are missing extra butter and sour cream that was ordered. Literally all I want is a 6oz steak and a potato at the same time.
