  Food is decent. Seasoned and cooked nicely but somewhat inferior cuts of beef. Server was very nice but service was very slow. I ordered my mixed drink with everything else, but it took so long to come we had all finished eating by the time it got to me. I was seated facing the bar and there werent any customers at the bar until we were leaving when one sat down so idk why they couldn't make it. Service was so slow we didn't feel like sitting around eating dessert so I got my cake slice from the combo to go, when we got home I realized they gave me a brownie instead. It was decent food and good wait staff but service was very slow and with some annoying mistakes, not sure if we'll be back.

  I always frequented the Garner location but after several bad experiences I refused to go back. I am so happy to have the new Clayton restaurant opened. I have been a few times and always have always been pleased! The food is consistently good and our server tonight, Carla, was exceptional! Her attention to detail was spot on & I’ll certainly request her in the future!

  place. Other than our waitress, no one there appears to have any experience working, ever. We got our appetizer before we even got drinks. Then it took nearly an hour and a half to get our food. When it did come, 2 additional tables near us got their food at the same time. How long was our food sitting on the ready line? The runners there are nearly worthless. Again, I commend them for having jobs, but someone needs to train them. Who actually runs this place? Its not a cheap restaurant, but I get better service at McDonald's on a bad day.

  I’ve been to this outback 3 times each time a to-go order. It’s always been fantastic. When there was a hiccup the manager was quick to help fix it. If you do have children I do suggest asking for non seasoned fries as they are delicious to me as an adult but spicy for the toddler. Bloomin onion is always delicious. My husband always gets a rare steak and it can be difficult to cook as rare can be overdone quickly but the chef last night did a fantastic job! The curbside staff was great. It was a great dinner choice. Highly recommend!

  I am giving this restaurant one star solely due to the service. While my family and I were seated quickly, the experience declined immediately after. Once seated, we waited approximately 20 minutes without anyone coming to our table to take our order or even acknowledge us. We asked the hostess whether we were supposed to order using the kiosk at the table or if a server would be assisting us. She stated she would check on it, but no one ever came to our table. During this time, we observed multiple staff members stopping at surrounding tables to check on their guests and ask how everything was, yet our table was completely overlooked. After waiting 20 minutes without any service or communication, we ultimately decided to leave. This level of inattentiveness was disappointing and unacceptable, especially given how attentive the staff appeared to be to other guests.
