    Worst service ever! Online order app told me to come inside and give confirmation number. I did. Employee inside made me wait 10 minutes only to tell me to get in the drive through and give them the number as she walked away. Second time this has happened at this location. Why have an app with curbside pickup if you refuse to honor the curbside pickup part, and where on earth is the customer service? This is why people drive further and are willing to pay more for Chick-fil-A!

    The staff are very unprofessional, the young kids this location has working does not know customer service. When you ask a simple question for a frappe to be thick, don’t tell me it’s made correctly and then cuss me the customer out. I will get to the bottom of this location and see that Rebecca the 21 year old that thought she was going to cuss me got the same treatment she gave. To the black guy working the window, you need to get with the program and learn what a real receipt is and not just the sticker on the bag.

    This is the absolute worst McDonald’s ever. All the employees ignore you when you come in with an order that they got completely wrong. Anytime I’ve come in the lobby there is a crowd of people with either wrong orders or long wait times for what they’ve ordered. Along with that it is not kept clean. I go in and there are receipts all over the floor. Counters stained and a mess. Tables never cleaned. No one is ever at the front counter either. You are just expected to use the kiosks. Whoever owns this needs to start over completely. Crew is terrible. Won’t help you and won’t listen. Orders are never right. Wait times are ridiculous. Please. Fix this McDonald’s!! Now I just drive to the one on Clayton boulevard because they always do it right!

    I tried to find the contact info for the owners so i could do this privately, but they like to hide, so I'll share here. This is consistently the worst Mcdonald's I've ever visited. I have complained several times, but this is today's story. I ordered a fudge Sunday in the drive thru. When I parked and tasted it, I found they didn't use the sunday fudge. They used the chocolate syrup used for coffee. There's a big difference. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location and that was the only 2 times I have been here this entire year. Not great stats. I drove back around and they made me another one with cold fudge. After eating a little, I went inside to throw it away and went into the ladies bathroom. I immediately smelled a strong bleach smell. Then I found the entire floor around the toilet was wet and smelled like bleach. There was no sign saying the bathroom was closed and no employee cleaning. While "indisposed " someone walked in with a dustpan (obvious sound), started sweeping and must have heard me because I heard a MAN'S voice ask "is anyone in here"? This was AFTER he entered, the door closed behind him and he began sweeping. I said yes and he left, but not in a hurried sort of way and without apology. I immediately came out,washed my hands, went to open the door and met him trying to come in again. It was literally seconds after I told him I was in there. I left, but about 30 min later, I noticed a bleached line all the way across my shirt. Obviously, what i thought was water all around the sink, was actually bleach left there without any warning at all. This is just one of many experiences in this location. I've had gross food that the manager said was "from the oil not being cleaned because the employee who cleans it had been sick". These reviews are likely why the owners prefer to remain hidden. If they were smart they would see these customer complaints could be less damaging if they had a proper place to report them privately. Your reviews demonstrate what happens when you remove human access and owner accountability. By hiding the public knows you do not care at all about them.

    However is working at the window between 9:45 - 10 Pm handing out food. GET HIM OUT OF THERE!! He needs to go back to training because why in the world did he keep giving us the wrong order after we keep telling him that’s not ours over and over and kept trying to hand us a sweet tea when we said we need 2 sprites, chocolate milk and blue freeze. But wait, it’s gets better. Once he attempted to hand us our food, we are still missing the sprite and then asked for our receipt. Handing it to him and he asked if we are missing anything. AGAIN, our sprite!! Once that was obtained, we told him now the 30 NUGGETS were missing. Finally got those and then come home TO OUR ORDER WRONG ONCE AGAIN. Why in the world is order #30 mixed with ours and our child missing her happy meal and all OF OUR BURGERS WRONG!! We are order #31. He’s need to be removed from the window or your ratings are going to keep plummeting because yall sending out people who are obviously not trained enough with communication and reading y’all’s order ticket
