She yelled in my face telling me I couldn’t get a not melted down to water smoothie because it was a mobile order. An order I placed less than 5 minutes of my arrival. Next incident, picking up an order and looked me in my face and took the next person that walked in after me, shouted their order and completely disregarded my order. 20 minutes later everyone had their order and I have nothing. This lady needs to be held accountable for her disrespectful actions.

And usually it's pretty good I've never had an issue with any employee sometimes the food isn't that great but most of the time it is. But today was a little different with the employee interaction. I was basically scolded because of where I parked in the curb side pickup. They didn't like how far I was parked and told me to park closer next time. So if there were a further parking spot that I could park in...I would now. I was unable to report this incident with the manager because the phone number listed on Google for that McDonald's does not work and there was no number on my receipt. With that being said if an employee is unable to bring out curbside orders without an attitude then maybe they should not be doing that Will be reporting this to corporate office and hopefully this will be something that doesn't happen again with other people.
