No credit, no call, no fix — that’s the real insult. After silence, then this? It feels like being patted on the head by a robot that didn’t listen. That message wasn’t for me. It was for Google’s algorithm and a liability box — not the person who didn’t eat.

Know that if you call, you will automatically be transfered to an out of country call center. Then, they transfer you to the store that never answers the phone. Awful service and I'm still waiting on my pizza.

The employee at the register informed me that they cancelled my order without notifying me because they were “short-staffed” and somehow ran out of dough? We were charged $30 for our order but the receipt she had with my name & number didn’t match what I ordered & was $5 cheaper than what I ordered. She informed me that the money would be refunded to my card but didn’t say when. She couldn’t give me an order cancelation confirmation & only allowed me to take a photo of the receipt she had for me - which again, was not the correct one. Infuriating that they can cancel our order without notice and not even offer a compensation for the MASSIVE inconvenience.
