- JRJason RoyAug 2, 20251.0This place is tell ya…They put codes on the doors to the restroom so you have to make a purchase to use it. They didn’t bother to clean it. They didn’t bother to put TP or soap in the restroom either. Water in the sink didn’t turn on. The door doesn’t have an interior lock so after getting the code to get into the bathroom you can’t lock it. Someone else apparently had to go and they got the code for the restroom door and walked in on me. It was Gross and disgusting. Go somewhere else, what a waste of time and what a way to get upset. Anywhere else would have had no code on the door, TP in the stall that has a lock on it, soap and water. Especially for forcing customers to make a purchase in order to use it in the first place.🤦🏽♂️

I’m a pregnant mom with two small kids just wanting to get a little ice cream. The hours on the door say they close at 8pm. The guy mopping the floor said they were closed and he wouldn’t let us in. I could tell another employee behind him was telling him to just let us in but he refused. We even held up the phone to show him it wasn’t 8pm yet and he didn’t care. So incredibly rude and unprofessional. Whoever owns that specific location really needs to reevaluate his/her staff and make some serious changes. I will never go there again.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
