When I arrived at 6pm I was told that my order was never received and when I inquired if others have had this problem with the app and the rep told me yes. This is the second time I have had a problem with the pizza hut app. I was offered no compensation for this inconvenience. It was 6pm on a Friday and I had no dinner for my kids and every other place was busy which made dinner very late for these hungry kiddos. Although we have used Pizza Hut a lot I will think twice about trusting them with our dinner order again.

I was sorely disappointed. While the crust is great and my daughter liked the cheese sticks better than anywhere else, the pizza itself was VERY dry. Kinda made it tasteless. Not even sure if asking for more sauce would help. Guess I just need to get my pizza elsewhere.
