We then asked for 10 packets of sauce. So she added an additional $5 to our meal. But then when we got our food, there was no extra sauce in our bag of food. Not even a single packet. What kind of franchise manager forces their employees to operate like that? It’s just some sauce. She seemed stressed. Staff your store properly. And chill out on the small fees.
