I have come through the last couple nights after work, I’ll say about 6 times in the last 2 weeks and I have noticed they don’t give out the monopoly cups. Is this only a daytime thing, I get I was there at 2-3 am sometimes but it’s advertised on the menu and I see the cups from the window. Not to make it weird or that I’m complaining because it’s not that big of a deal, I just want to know how it works. I attached a photo I just went through the drive through and it’s 1:59 am, I wish I had photos of the others but I want to show that it’s still ongoing.

So I'll post the proof here instead. Be very careful eating here. Update: They gave me my refund but not after the manager uttered the words "I don't know why you would call it raw, because its cooked". So I explained in detail about the color, the unrendered fat and sinew. I don't think it should have taken me even that, but I'll grant them that they at least refunded me.

- DNDeepak NainOct 10, 20251.0I ordered a chicken wrap and the guy made the wrap without gloves in front of me and when I asked them about this, it seems they had no problem without the gloves and it’s normal for them then I told them it’s the policy you are making food so it should be with the gloves, instead of being apologetic they said no we don’t have policy like this then I said please I’m requesting that make my food with gloves. After this they made the food with gloves but they didn’t grilled the wrap and it was too cold. On top of this all 4 people were giving me some looks and were talking like who is this guy who wants his food with gloves and stuff. No personal hate but people pay for their food and deserve best just think yourself as a customer and feel it. I hope they’ll learn something from this comment.
