I asked for fresh hot fries, I got cold, dry fries just nasty, this happens everytime I go
When customers are spending hard earned money especially when times are tough, you should have fresh hot food, this is very disappointing, I only got to eat my burger,fries are disgusting

Me and my friend ordered a big mac meal with a large frie and a ten peace nugget, and on our to go delivery bag, it has our receipt for our food, but we only received the happy meal. I'm not happy with this service

NORMALLY this location is adequate. However, today I placed an online order for two breakfast combos which included hashbrowns, I'd say 10:49 AM. When we got to the drive thru speaker, it was past 11, which is when breakfast stops being served, including the hashbrowns, which we'd already paid for online. Unbeknownst to us, this sent all the workers into disarray. I'm writing this while sitting at the extra little window at the far end of the drive thru which I've waited at for 15 minutes PLUS the time it took to even get this far in line. Maybe I'm the asshole, maybe it's just the circumstances. I am still very disappointed.
(UPDATE: They just gave me two extra sandwiches for free as compensation. So I guess that makes it more worth it.)

Very disappointing experience. We ordered two Spicy McVeggie burgers with onions and pickles, but the order was messed up twice—first the add-ons were missing, then the spicy sauce. Only on the third try was it correct, and still no apology. They also didn’t have ketchup cups, and we noticed other customers facing issues too.
Poor customer service, and the mistakes delayed us around 30 minutes.

Very disappointing experience. We ordered 2 Spicy McVeggie burgers with onions & pickles, but the first time they missed the add-ons, the second time they forgot the spicy sauce, and only on the third try we finally got the correct order. No apology from the staff, and we noticed other customers facing similar issues. They also didn’t have ketchup cups, which added to the inconvenience.
Overall, poor customer service and the mistakes delayed us around 30 minutes, even though we were on a long drive from Nova Scotia. Not satisfied at all.
