When we got to the drive thru speaker, it was past 11, which is when breakfast stops being served, including the hashbrowns, which we'd already paid for online. Unbeknownst to us, this sent all the workers into disarray. I'm writing this while sitting at the extra little window at the far end of the drive thru which I've waited at for 15 minutes PLUS the time it took to even get this far in line. Maybe I'm the asshole, maybe it's just the circumstances. I am still very disappointed. (UPDATE: They just gave me two extra sandwiches for free as compensation. So I guess that makes it more worth it.)
