  I would give a 0 star if I could…. Theres is no consistency, at all. The past few times gotten food it’s been impossible to get the right order… I went in today and got 2 number 9s a medium milkshake…. I got an extra sprite instead for some reason, when I tried to get the perosn to fix it at the window he basically told me there’s nothing he can do and sent me off with the wrong order… so I went inside and I think I spoke to a manager who argued with me for a couple minutes before she gave me my shake that I paid for and never got… I don’t know what’s been going on recently but it isn’t the same McDonalds it once was… maybe more training and customer service training needs to be done! I’m not one to complain about food service as I have worked in restaurants and bars for 5 years, I understand how rough and how stressful it can get, but that doesn’t excuse the lack of customer service! Truly disappointing… all a girl wanted was her milkshake…. :(

  The older lady in drive threw really needs to find another job she is so rude I spend alot there and there almost every day. Always slams the window jurks the card from my hand uhhh such a downer in the morning....

  I gave 1 star because no stars wasn't an option! I honestly do not like to complain, but the only consistency you will find at this particular McDonald's is they will consistently and seemingly purposefully mess up your order. Let me explain this to you, if you order a big mac with no mac sauce not only will there be mac sauce on your burger they will absolutely drench it, like double the sauce and then put the clearly printed "No Mac Sauce" paper on your order! Today alone, they messed up every single item on our order but somehow properly labeled it. So the workers here either purposefully mess up your order if you request the allowed customizations or dont read the customizations at all...either way it equals out to you spending a lot on an order that is not what you wanted at all! And how do you explain the extra sauce past what would even be normal if you didnt request no sauce if it isn't in fact not just negligence but purposeful? This hasnt just happened once now but 3 times in a row when we decide to try to give them another chance and these 3 are far from the only times this has happened here! This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. Let me make this clear as well this is not just a constant messing up of just big macs here, they will have no problem messing up anything you order!

  98% of the time your food will be ice cold, completely wrong, items added even though requested not because allergies and such, missing items in delivered food every time. Always end up having to go back to get a burger fixed and made how i ordered it. Its gone so down hill here. Used to be good.

  I got to say this food was amazing I be gettin my 12 apple pies every day but I do gotta say they be runnin outta them cause of me and I just gotta say they gotta make sure they got them in stock when I come round, either way I’m in love with them
