  Hours say open until 3pm. Walked in at 2:31 and was immediately told they're closed. Edit after owner response: Staff member said "We've wrapped everything up" which is absolutely not the same as "We've sold out." First impressions matter.

  Everything was fantastic while there. Sides are spicy. However the leftovers didn't task good after reheating. Needless to say the portions were huge & priced reasonable. A little hard to find , ie signage was hard to see. Will return when I get back to Helena.

  My toxic trait is that I'm the gatekeeper of good barbecue. I'm from Alabama and we all have a hickory chip on our shoulder. This place blew me away! I talked with the pitmaster and I won't give the secret away, but you've got to try the ribs (and the pork and the chicken and the burnt ends). I nicknamed the macaroni crackeroni for obvious reasons. Seriously the best barbecue I've had North of the Mason Dixon and maybe the best ribs of all time.

  I was disappointed. I’ve been to this place once before..:..it was great. This second time was different. The food was cold (brisket) and it looked like it had been stomped instead of sliced before it was served to us. Needless to say…we only drank our soft drinks and left.

  They catered our small wedding reception and the food was wonderful. They answered all our questions ahead of time and were very helpful considering we were planning this event from out of state. An excellent experience overall!
