- SGStephanie GSep 5, 20211.0Went to get a butterscotch dipped cone and a chocolate milk shake. No one was at the front. A girl came from the back, finally, took my order made it in two seconds. My dipped cone had such a thin layer I couldn’t even taste it. The milk shake had all the chocolate at the bottom and wasn’t the greatest. She set the order on the counter said have a good day turned around and ran back to the back to where her friends were. Didn’t even give me a chance to ask about the “ dipped” cone. Horrible customer service. More concerned about her friends than doing her job. Need to be trained better…?
