  Ember is a gift to the valley. The food, service and atmosphere are exceptional. We recently dined there (again) with friends and nothing has slipped. It is our "go to" for celebrating special occasions. The "chefs table" is a culinary experience.

  We reserved the Chef’s Table up front by the kitchen, and once again everything was incredible! Chef Brandon and team are very talented - the filet with the mushroom cognac sauce was melt in your mouth good. The toffee dessert is a MUST!! Ladonna was our server and she was so awesome - she explained our dishes, helped us choose what we ordered, and our drinks never went empty. All around, the Ember team is amazing and our community is lucky to have an establishment like this!!

  Exceptional dining experience in the Bitterroot! The food demonstrates an advanced level of technique, skill, and training, yet remains approachable—it is neither pretentious nor unfamiliar. Every dish I've tasted, during multiple visits, has been superbly seasoned, balanced, and visually stunning. Don’t miss the desserts, they are some of the best in the region. The ambiance and service are equally inviting and warm. This establishment is a rare gem in Montana, as only a handful of restaurants in the state achieve this high quality of cuisine. It deserves your support if you are in the area.
