    I have waited to give this review. I didn't want to. This used to be our favorite, neighborhood McDonalds. The best one in town. I do not know what has changed with this establishment, but it has gone WAY downhill. Consistently putting out cold fries, forgetting items, forgetting sauces. One lady (older, possibly the manager) there is consistently rude and acts like the "free sauce police".The service is now super slow too. It is really a shame, I hope they get things figured out. Edited to add: Every single time lately McFlurries and shakes are not available to order on the app. also. These things were never an issue in the past. What has changed?

    12/20/25 came to eat tonight with a friend my daughter and her daughter , ordered food and went back to the play area kids can play, couldn't find no where to sit cause tables were all dirty , couldnt even put my neice in a high chair cause they were just disgusting 😑 I went up and asked them do they ever clean after some one eats cause the tables are gross and couldnt even get our drinks cause the whole area was just gross , he reply well were suppose to clean , but there is soda stuck and dried to the tables, its like they dont care , he brought us our food and didn't even offer to clean the high chair so my neice had some where to sit!!!!!! ........need to hire better employee's cause it seems like these night shift ones dont care about there job or pleasing customers 🤔 so dissatisfied....

    We came today, Tuesday evening at 10 pm. The hamburgers were salted perfectly. Tasted great! We came back and bought another burger. Thank you! If you could tell the grill guy and sandwich guy they did great.

    Placed a curbside order and was missing items. I called the store for a refund and they told me if have to go through the app. The app says you have to go through the store....

    GM Hunter needs to train his staff amd himself, poor customer service. Ordered on the app to be table service, forgot 2 fries with the meals, asked for them and told to provide a receipt. Told them it was on the app and they literally just dropped the food at the table 1 minute prior. On the 3rd time asking and providing a receipt the lady taking orders told her staff to start checking orders because it was the 3rd ive been in there saying the fries were missing. Asked to speak to manager and Hunter pretty much blew me off and after getting my kids food to go let him know to expect a bad review which he replied I can leave because of the way I was talking to him which I told him I was not the one cursing at him and we was already on our way out the door. I did curse him out after because he was being loud telling me he was calling the cops which im good with because I will not be going back to that store. POOR SERVICE, POOR MANAGEMENT AND VERY CONFRONTATIONAL To the owner: the feedback site does not work, I tried to further explain and it just gets stuck in submitting. All fine just know this place was a go to for quick bite as I have a few clients close but will opt to drive across town for a meal where it isnt going to turn into an embarrassing event.
