We were ignored for about 7-8 minutes and then left. It's obvious that they are grossly understaffed, as the area next to us looked as if a group of slobs had eaten there. Food, straw papers, and napkins were all over the floor. Management needs to do a better job of scheduling and hiring employees--a challenge these days.
