Pesto chicken on brown rice and quinoa with grilled onion, tomato and spinach, I added fresh tomato yellow peppers and spinach, their secret sauce and a little cheddar. Deeelicious! Carrie Fisher’s staff is always fabulous as well and make the food even better, I’m sure of it. Great seating, super clean, fresh, fresh, fresh ingredients.
