- MMMary MatthewsDec 1, 20251.0This place im not even sure how they stay in business I ordered on app 10 min before arriving before 4 pm I had 3 meals with an extra drink so I park I put in what curbside spot I'm in app tells me my order is being prepared I'm watching the drive through they moving along v2 different times they had breaks in customers being there I watched several orders come out one lady even motioned she'd be back out then app tells me my food is on its way and then enjoy your food like they have brought bit to me by this time it's 4:20 I walked inside bc I didn't know what was going on did they forget I was never rude or anything like that one lady explained my order was being prepared they don't start it until you pull up so I was fine with that I walked back to my car at 4:47 I was just over it an hour for your food at a fast food chain is ridiculous especially when you see customer after customer leaving with their food I walked back inside and I asked they lady that I spoke with before if she could help me cancel my order all of a sudden bags started being brought up to the counter at this point vim sure my face said it all but I refrained from being ugly with anyone after they brought food the woman would bring out one drink then disappear several minutes then finally come out with another one and continued to do that with all my drinks I don't understand why they thought they needed to do me that and as I walked out their was a bunch vof giggling my food bother than fries was cold just over all very poor experience I do plan to contact cooperate and I am currently trying to figure vout who the owner of this particular location is so the can be made aware vof the treatment their customers recieve
