    It took my hubby 1 hour to get 1 QP meal and 1 BigMac meal tonight. 2 customers in front of him in the drive thru. Had him pull over to side to wait. He sat there 45 minutes. Went inside to ask about it. Workers laughing and talking loud - playing on their phones. Asked to speak to the manager twice. They ignored his request. No apologies for their incompetence. No explanations. Finally received his order an hour after placing it.

    I ordered my food online and it took me about 20 minutes to get there and still had to wait around 20 minutes for them to bring my food out to me and when I got home with my food I was missing 1/4 of what was on my receipt

    This McDonald's is just a headache honestly. There are a few people that work there that are very friendly, helpful and do their job. The service is terrible and it's always a chaotic mess in the restaurant itself. If you didn't mind waiting 30 plus minutes in the parking lot and then having to walk inside to find your order, then this is the restaurant for you. If you want a better dining experience do yourself a favor and choose a different McDonald's.

    Used drive thru. Lady said "what can I get for you" over speaker, so I started order them proceeds to cut me off and said "we are only doing mobile orders." Well they should have said that first and not only that, I try to make a mobile order and then proceeds to tell me to move out of the line Definitely never coming back to this McDonald's
