I placed the order online my little brother which is handicap said he wanted pizza so I told him to order him some and I could have her pick it up. He called ,He ordered a pizza and then he said I should’ve got the dinner box. He called back to change up the order. hasn’t even been 60 seconds the lady that answer the phone was rude and obnoxious the manager. Susan wasn’t much help either she accused us of yelling at her. Nobody even raised their voice and how would she know if she wasn’t even on the phone? My wife was in the store, picking up my order at the time I had to take the phone from my brother so she could understand what he was saying and as I was telling her what he wanted to do, she act like she didn’t know what I was talking about. She said that y’all did not sell dinner boxes. I was like well it says on the site that y’all do triple treat Boxes Which is pretty much the same thing I will never spend my money with this company ever again. The lack of respect is pitiful. Definitely not Professional at all.
