Eventually I went inside, where the kitchen crew was standing around, and I still had to wait in line just to ask about my order. They handed me a bag that had been sitting on the back counter. When I got back to my car the food was cold. Worse, the “Quarter Pounder” didn’t even have a quarter-pound patty—just a thin standard burger patty. Total time wasted was over 30 minutes. If I owned this location, I’d be embarrassed by the lack of care and quality.
