- ZGZe GDec 13, 20251.0Every single time I come to this McDonald’s it’s a horrible experience. I always order a cheeseburger with extra onions, and they never put the onions on it. Not sometimes — every time. On top of that, the fries are always cold. The customer service is just as bad. I get rushed at the speaker, and they’re asking “anything else?” before I can even finish ordering. It feels like they don’t listen and don’t care. Nobody wants to spend their hard-earned money just to get wrong food and bad service over and over again. If I’m paying for my food, I need it made correctly. This location seriously needs to do better.

BUT!! After coming through the drive-thru here today I needed to give credit where credit is due because the lady working the drive-thru was extremely nice and professional. Give that girl a raise. Good customer service can change a lot.
