  French fries soggy and taste like they weren’t cooked right. Cheeseburgers like they were several hours old. Also had to pull up and wait for food

  While the food and service was decent, the cleanliness of this restaurant is to be questioned. It is stinky with sticky floors and the bathrooms are disgusting. The men’s restroom had a broken stall with pee all over it, and I couldn’t even wash my hands because the soap dispenser was broken and busted open.

  We used the mobile app to make our order, after we placed it we pulled up to one of the mobile app spots. We ordered for 6 people which included a sandwich for everyone and hash browns totaling 14 hash browns plus a drink for each of us. We waited for 20 minutes then someone came out with a smaller bag which had just the hash browns in it she asked “did you order 14 hash browns” we replied “yes but with the sandwiches and drinks.” Then we had a back and forth with her saying all of it is in the bag and us saying this small bag can’t fit 14 hash browns 6 sandwiches and 6 drinks. After the back and forth she went back inside then a few minutes later another lady came out with the rest of our order. We took it and she walked away but after what had just happened we decided to check it just in case and we were still missing a McMuffin. So we pulled around the drive thru told the guy we were missing a mcmuffin then went up to the last window and after showing the receipt we were IMMEDIATELY given the mcmuffin which told us that it was made but left out of the rest of the order. From placing the order to having all our food 30 minutes had passed. We were provided no apology for any of it. Even after all that every hash brown was so greasy that the parts that were in the little pouches were stuck and couldn’t be removed so most of them were unable to be eaten.

  Morning crew is great, quick, and very sweet. Seems like after 12pm it gets worse throughout the day. Used the second drive through lane one time and I sat there just waiting. Everyone else got their order through the other lane. Half of the staff is also very rude. Currently, there are 9 cars waiting on their food in parked spots. I’ve seen people frustrated and leave their cars to go inside to get their food. I’ve seen two people just leave without their food because they’re tired of waiting. I’m sure this is due to a staffing issue, but this has been an issue for months.

  Ordered 2 happy meals double cheeseburger and hot and spicy chicken.took 25 minutes to relieve the food and I was the only order in the restaurant
