  The point reason I am giving this place a 3 star and not 1 is because the night shift made up for the prolonged wait that I seem to always have when I pick up my orders for delivery. This experience i had was based on several separate experience I've had over several days. It seems that when delivery drivers show up to get orders that were previously ordered by others their entire attitude toward me is rude and short. My only guess is that they had bad experiences with other drivers. But more than likely it's because we have began to take business from the other employees that work there specifically as delivery drivers. Then the hourly employee that usually slowed down after lunch and dinner hours now find themselves with more work than usual due to extra orders coming in from us at other delivery apps. Not all staff members seemed to have this attitude towards me every time I came. But they also take my pizzas that were pre-ordered and complete according to notifications. But you pull up to find out that they had a problem somehow someway where I almost certainy have to wait extra time that really is excessive and deliberate. You see if I have late orders going to my customers they will complain on the delivery driver and the app they ordered from. Not from the restaurant themselves. So it's truly not fair and not cool at all. We bring them so much more business as a so much more income you works think we were welcomed. But when you're paid by the hour minimum hourly wages then I guess that's not a concern of theirs and also adds extra work. If these delays weren't more often than not after several visits i noticed a pattern and it became clear that it's deliberate. So I almost told the company I work for that I won't go there anymore and I'm sure that was the person's goal to prevent people from ordering off the app and force them to order directly from them giving them all the income, and also giving their drivers more tips and income. I understand their frustration. But I'm not the one to take it out on. When my tips are getting cut back due to matters beyond my control it's not cool. I have 4 teens I must feed and a wife that depend on me. So don't take it out on the driver. We're trying to make it to. They also redeemed themselves by hiring a much better team for the evening shift. Although they are still rude and don't like answering questions. They did have shorter wait times even during busyer hours. They still answered my questions. So that's why they didn't get 1 start across the board. If it changed I will modify this post. But until they stop reducing my income while I'm increasing theirs. This will stand.

  Let’s be honest, this location always seems lost in what they are supposed to be doing and everyone is running around not focused as they should be. They are always understaffed which causes more issues. Even through all of that they have never been rude once. They seem to just want to check you out and keep the line moving lol. I am having an issue with the phone number on my account and not one of them tried to fix it. The only thing they did was put in my number and then say they don’t see anything. I have a lot of points that apparently PH wants to keep🙄

  I actually had a pretty bad experience the first time ordering. My food was very late and something was missing from it. But the store was nice enough to give me a free pizza in return. I went tonight and the man who gave me My order was so kind and funny. He has the best personality. Definitely keep him on your team! He made my night.
