  If you get the right people then your food comes out correctly and on time.. if not, well.. I don't have to explain that. Service also depends on what kind of mood the people there have, so... no need to explain. I don't eat at places that are dirty, because if their restaurant and restrooms are dirty, then so is their kitchen and that is something I am not willing to risk.!! Health before anything..... So companies in general need to have pride in their establishments and also the people that work in these establishments..... Otherwise go work somewhere else period.

  The food is ok sometimes,the service is slow,always making you pull into a # space,I know they are on timers, worried about their times place your employees in the right places,the employees are nice and friendly!!

  Placed an order at 11:00 pm, they close at 12, our order still went through and no one was answering the intercom thing, we saw someone taking out trash and when we asked if they were closed the worker said “yeah, go home” in a rude tone, and when he saw us he put his hands in the air slightly, and looked at us weirdly.

  Sat at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes with no one in the drive thru and no one answered so pulled up to the window was no one to be seen I hollered and honked the horn multiple times and still no one after 15 minutes with over an hour to the store closing

  I went to this McDonald's last night. I ordered my food on the app. Order was sent to the restaurant at 9:25, after 10:00 came I went to the drive thru to ask about my order. All the workers were playing around, my food was just sitting on the counter. My order was $45 so my children and I should not have to eat cold food. As I asked about my order the workers had a attitude and another worked said "oh I forgot about that order". My food had just been sitting and no worker took the time out to see where those bags were supposed to go because they were playing around and laughing. Also, the customer that was in front of me had problems with his order as well and the workers had an attitude with them also. I agree with the people that were in front of me. That whole crew needs to be FIRED!!!!!! People work too hard to have to spend their money at a place with such terrible customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone. And one of the people playing was the manager. Whoever the DM is they need to do some replacing workers. I wouldn't have gave them any stars because they don't deserve any but I had to pick something in that spot that's the only reason they got that 1 star.
