  look, I’ve attempted to give this place numerous chances yet every time they failed to meet any kind of standard, 35 minutes I wait in that drive thru with 4 cars in front of me and nowhere to exit, nobody was told to park and wait (usually the case even then you’re waiting for 15+ minutes), once to the window he asked me three times what my order was ,waited another 5 minutes and yet everything he handed me was WRONG, this is beyond me, please raise your standards and learn to figure it out, i’ve worked fast food for many years there is no excuse for being shortstaffed, especially when you have a manager on duty.

  Been there three times in the past month. Waited over 30 plus minutes each time on my food. Ordered ahead so it’ll be ready by the time I get there and still nothing. Get to the window and they can’t remember what order was mine. Told them my order. Get handed the wrong food. Then he asks for my order again and gives wrong drink. Then get asked my order again and get the wrong ice cream. Keep in mind. This is just from one visit. Every visit is this bad.

  I came here last night to get a burger, nuggets, and fries, and the whole experience was terrible. After a 25-minute drive home, I sat down to eat and found my burger made completely sloppy, I was missing a nugget from BOTH of my 4-piece orders, and the fries were old and stale. On top of that, I had to wait 30 minutes just to get this awful food. If I could give it zero stars, I would. The store looks like it’s run by kids who have no idea what they’re doing. Total waste of time and money.

  I made my order. The girl taking my order did not seem thrilled to be there nor was she friendly at all. I had asked her a question and she rudely asked me a question. I got to the next window I was asked to pull up. I had a bacon McGriddle. I waited 18 minutes after pulling up. When I drove off, u wrapping the sandwich. The McGriddle is supposed to have a folded scramble egg. I had one of the McMuffin eggs. They could have told me. Just overall unpleasant experience.

  Literally the WORST McDonald’s my family has ever been too. Ordered online 11/6/25 around 10:40am on a Thursday. The worker brought the food out and I was missing all 4 drinks, both kids meals, an a burger. When we told him he said ok. Went inside and finally came out with 2 happy meals. No drinks again and no burger. We looked at him and told him we would just go inside and he said yes that would be easier. When we went inside everyone was inside complaining their order was incorrect. We waited about 15 more minutes and finally got our drinks and burger. The burger was still incorrect but we took it anyways and we paid more for lemonade and they said they didn’t have any. Also the workers hands were filthy and dirty. Do not stop here if you’re in a rush or want good food.
