It is a Fast Food Restaurant, WHY DOES IT TAKE 10+MIN FOR ME TO GET A GODDAM CHEESEBURGER. It's not just once, it's every time I come here. This is ridiculous. If I wanted to WAIT I'd go to an actual restaurant. Unacceptable.

Terrible customer service – completely avoidable
Stopped at the McDonald’s inside the Love’s Truck Stop and had one of the most frustrating fast-food experiences I’ve had in a while.
There were multiple employees working, but instead of paying attention to customers, they were standing around talking and horse-playing. This location uses kiosks to order, but the kiosk I used had no paper, so I didn’t get a receipt. That’s a problem when you’re required to show an order number to receive your food. Plenty of time to joke around, apparently not enough time to check basic equipment.
I specifically ordered a large fry with NO salt. They gave me fries loaded with extra salt. I sent them back and explained again. They then handed me a small fry with no salt. I had to go back again to correct the order and finally got the large fry I originally asked for.
By the time all of this was fixed, my sandwich was cold. At that point, I was tired, frustrated, and hungry, so I just ate it and left.
This wasn’t a busy rush issue — it was poor attention, poor communication, and zero care for customers. Do better.

Possibly the SLOWEST McDonald's I have ever been to that always has a full kitchen staffed. You have to pull around every time you order, cheating their line times, and wait 20! minutes for food with six or so other cars also waiting. And it is always cold! What the hell am I waiting on for old, cold food?

The owners of this location need to do some serious revamping of procedures and management. We waited over 30 mins for a drive through order. 20 minutes pulled to the side parking lot and an additional 10 inside before even being acknowledged by an employee. Was finally handed food without even getting a bag. The guy who seemed to be a manager was outside vaping and talking on the phone. The employees send every single customer that comes through the drive through to the side to wait and continues taking orders to the point of being overwhelmed. We witnessed 5 people get out and go inside to get their food after waiting outside for so long.

Literally the worst McDonalds ever. They continually take orders and make everyone park all over the place in the tiny one way parking lot to the point where there’s a dumb amount of people waiting and I bet the kitchen can’t keep up. I’ve never been to this location and not had to pull to the side and wait. Won’t be back after taking over 30 mins to get a 10 pc meal. We sat and waited and waited for 20 mins, finally went inside, and still waited another 10 mins to even get some help from an employee. Manager was outside vaping while a couple of his poor teenaged employees were doing I’m sure the best they could with how swamped they were. Whoever owns this locations needs to come get this mess figured out it’s ridiculous.
