  The girl at the drive in, could not get our order correct. After 2 attempts to have her straighten it out. We gave up because my son had to be at a doctor's appointment. His bagel was so loaded with the sauce he could not eat and we ended up with 3 orders of hash browns which is not what we ordered.

  Workers need to be trained how to make shakes properly. We ordered two shakes and was handed two cups filled with soft serve. I went back because our strawberry shake was clearly just vanilla ice cream, and was assured with a bright big smile from the girl working behind the counter that there was strawberry in there. Plain Lily white vanilla soft serve in that cup, folks. Was it invisible strawberry syrup? The chocolate shake was literally chocolate syrup pumped into the cup with soft serve on top. Do these guys know how to make shakes? Do they know what strawberry syrup is? Because you need that to make a strawberry shake.

  I do not like giving businesses bad reviews. I preach to my children do not say something if you don't have anything nice to say. But this restaurant has the utmost worst service when it starts to get late. Around dinner time i go to this location often. I work as a delivery driver. So I go often. It seems that every single time I go they make me wait double the time it takes at any other location. Most of the evening shift members are rude and very impatient with delivery drivers. I put up with a lot and I'm very patient with them. I understand that during business hours wait times are much longer. But when I pull up every time I go even if they have no line whatsoever. I still end up waiting much to long for my food. Many times I've been told that they don't have items on the order and even canceled entire orders due to lacking a single item. I've also been told a few times that their machine is down and they can't take DD orders. So I didn't decide to write this on a bad day. I am writing this because I've had this problem every time I go to this location I have problems. If I were you I would order from the court house location in Gulfport, the longbeach location, or even the Mc Donald nearest the interstate. Especially if you are ordering late at night or in the evening. You will have problems and you will have to deal with negative people that don't care for us delivery drivers whatsoever. May be they have had bad experiences with past delivery drivers, but they would have had to all went through it and I find that highly unlikely. What makes me upset is when I see other delivery drivers that pull up seem to have friends there or family working there. Because when some of them pull up they get vip treatment. So I think some of the members sabotage workers they don't know I'm favor of the others they do. The last time I went for example they acted as if they hadn't noticed my dd order came in and didn't get it started until after I arrived and after I sat in the 30 minute drive through line due to inside being closed for after hours operation. There know that we get graded and could lose tips, income, additional offers, and end up with lower overall ratings just for delaying our progress. This is a common occurrence. So please DD ordering try ordering from long Beach location. It's much better. But beat of all is the Gulfport court house rd location. This place has good service top of the line crew, a great team, and a great manager. This in turn provides some of the best food and best service from McDonald's on the Mississippi Gulf coast hands down!!!!
