Cashier was rude, seemed confused. I still keep asking for a frap but keep getting refused and they sqy they font have them at 10am. Very disappointing. I had a sausage egg biscuit meal. They gave me cheese on it and i didnt ask for it. I dont like cheese at all. Cashier never looked at me.

I’m very dissatisfied! This restaurant has no structure, no customer service, no manners. I came through the drive through, i wasn’t greeted and i was rushed to order. When i got to the window she almost rung me up for the wrong food because she didn’t repeat the order & she definitely didn’t greet me. I got to the next window she didn’t even acknowledge me she was on her phone. When she finally acknowledged me i was parked at spot #1 for 10 minutes after bringing me 2 separate wrong order, when my food was brought it was cold & missing sauces, i came in to ask for sauce, the girl on front counter was leaning on the counter on her phone, she had an attitude talking to other customers and myself, she definitely doesn’t like her job & i feel so disrespected, because this store is just full of young teens who want the money but don’t want to put in the work. These kids are running the store wrong, yall need to learn customer service, i’m just so disappointed and shocked as a Mcdonald’s worker myself i always respect my customers and smile and be friendly and acknowledge them and give great customer service so im very disappointed that i didn’t get what i dish out.

If I could give it no stars I would came from California and got to gulfport at around 2:30am. We were hungry and the only place open was this McDonald's, we pulled up to the drive thru. While we were about to order the person helping us just spoke out and said, "hello what can I help you with? There's nobody there okay fine.". It wasn't even 5 seconds before we could lower the window all the way and order that the worker said this and we waited for 10 minutes for someone to answer our calls through the intercom but nobody answered. We pulled up to the window to order and the worker saw us and walked away from the window. We decided to just leave and just ate the chips we had at the hotel. This was a very very poor experience for us at this McDonalds. I understand the young man was probably tired from work but if you choose to work at this business at those hours your job to customer service should be a bit better and not poor customer service like we experienced. Hence my comment on if I could give it zero stars I would happily do so.
