    I know it’s McDonalds so the bar isn’t set high to begin with, but customer service at this location is literally non existent. I had a pick up order and stood up front for 15 minutes while multiple employees walked by and just stared at the line. At this point, just replace them with AI because I’m pretty sure it would do a better job.

    McDonald's needs to get it together the ice crean machine is down like always and this time they didnt tell me and i was adking where my thing was at and they were like oh our machine was down

    They tell you to pull into a tight little parking spot and give your food to someone else. This is not fast food, if you want a burger, go to Chili's. You get better food for the same wait time.

    I ordered several sandwiches, among them was a regular hamburger (no cheese). Taking the food home and unwrapping the burger, I found a bun and a pickle, no meat, and as ordered, no cheese.

    I tried the McDonalds on HWY49 and Orange Grove Rd thinking this location may be better than the one on 25th Ave in downtown Gulfport. We'll, I ordered simple items, the burrito combo. After paying I still had to pull into a parking space and wait for the food to be delivered. Mcdonald's has really gone downhill and lost their platform of quick service. Maybe Wendy's will be better.
