There were several people waiting for food, and almost nothing coming out of the kitchen. I had to go up to the counter and ask when my food was coming out twenty minutes later. They asked me what I had, and put it together sloppily

Ordered a number 9 which IS TWO CHEESE BURGERS and then ordered a SEPARATE cheeseburger and hot and spicy mcchiken Refused to give us our third cheeseburger after being shown the receipt, they took our whole bag proceeded to bag A single cheeseburger that was already in the bag and then hand us back or food whoever the mod is that was there at 1:50 mon nov 17 is deplorable her staff working the drive through was very sweet though

The service today was absolutely atrocious. The young woman in the back taking orders seems to intentionally not listen to anything said, and when I tried to order a 20 pc meal, instead of timing item up separately tried to explain why I could not in fact purchase a 20 pc meal.
Then the manager that was expediting the food out of the window, I believe her name was Rochelle. She was completely rude and dismissive, then when I requested to add a tea to my order because the first woman disregarded me every single time I tried to add it to my order, she proceeded to tell me she’d lose her job if she rang me up for anything and that I’d have to go back around the building and go back through the drive through all over again.

Im not one to complain but I'm at the point I'm bout to share my opinion. I have ordered numerous times and I always ask for honey with my nuggets. But it seems either they don't care bout what their customers want or they don't pay enough attention basically saying u will get what we give u whether u like or not. This is the 3rd time at this location that I have received honey mustard which is no where near honey. From the flavor to the consistency to the size of the condiment packet it's not even remotely close.i have started asking my driver to make sure the packets are honey and not honey mustard and McDonald's tells them oh it's in the bag knowing damn well it's not what I asked for. Now I know I'm complaining about a condiment but that's not all. None of the items in our order were fresh they were cold and some where stale. That was money down the drain for us. Please do better and when asked for honey give the people honey thanks. But I'll be using a different location even if I have to pay more from now on
