  Every time I come here, they forget to put something in my bag. I ordered 2 meals and this is the second time they forget one of the burgers. I would rather drive a bit further and go to a different one.

  Did a pickup order and paid for it and they stop doing pickup at 1am and I went at 12:45 and the customer service was terrible. They wernt serving nobody at 1am and isn’t this location 24/7???? I’m really disappointed

  I just went to get breakfast at 415 a.m. Why is my bagel cold, bacon cold, cheese NOT melted!! Biscuit is hard! My other bagel cold, cheese not melted, steak was warm! To top it off my frappe' cup had a hole in it and it ran all over my lap, my cell phone. I told the lady at the drive through and she literally told me that the machine has been poking holes in the cups!!! I want my money refunded!!

  No wonder there's so many 1 star reviews. You can have bad food and good service or good food and bad service but you cant have both. Everytime I've been here its taken 30 minutes to get my food. Even if theres no one behind me in the drive through they have me pull into a spot. Going inside is no better the workers are loud and cutting up in the back, and they forgot half me order. It's like playing roulette when you go there, you never know what you're going to get. I hope this place goes out of business

  The employees were great but the food was downright awful, waited 40 mins for COLD FOOD! UNACCEPTABLE AND POOR MANAGEMENT. the people in the windows were fantastic but the manager was downright awful, not even a morale booster. Shame on you mcdonalds we deserve a refund for the cold food we received. And another thing 3 hot and spicy one was fully dressed and fresh. The other 2 were old and dry like rubber. WHAT THE HELL????? DO BETTER.
