Horrible!! Stay away!! The EXTREMELY rude lady with the pink/red hair was so vile and nasty. So condescending. I ordered a large fry and they gave me medium but I didn’t care because it’s been a long day so I didn’t say anything about it. The problem happened when I made the mistake of asking for additional ketchup. The guy handing me the food asked this awful woman where the ketchup packets were to give me more and she comes around and is so condescending towards me, it was truly bizarre. She said “you got your medium fries!” To which I responded by saying that I know that but I need more ketchup and she literally refused to give me more. She said what I had was enough and I would not be given more! Now I get to eat dry fries because she gave me two packets. I literally would have PAID extra money for ketchup but nope, I was not to have additional ketchup. I cannot imagine how miserable someone must be to refuse someone two or three more packets of ketchup. I would steer clear. They messed up twice on an order that only consisted of fries. Not only that but a single order of fries.

The time is 10:04 as my wife and I pull up to the is location,when I got to the drive thru,im greeted on time but somethings seems off I order a kids meal A DELUXE MCRISPY MEAL and a MCRIB MEAL PLAIN , as she rushes us thru our order she forgets to read the order back,I pull to the windows without even knowing my total I get to the window I pay ,she swipes card in a rushing manner,I get the receipt and we pull to windows 2.i tell a worker wanted the meal plain so he relays the message .I notice more peopl coming to the window ,my wife who's eyes are not to good got her food and it was wrong also im guessing the manager over heard she comes to the window and tells me thank I have to pay an extra 5.50 just to make my order right, I get the mcrib there's no sauce on it.i asked the manager to refund the deluxe meal she only take the sandwich off, the guy in the window it was his second day he did great ,the manager got an attitude just cause we where rushed and the service suck ,i guess we where the problem

Went into the drive thru, preorder through the app. We got no response and doubled back, and when we went back to the speaker, we were told it was temporary closed after they served the people ahead of us. When we asked about our money being taken, they said it would refund. Worker was rude, but it was late so I can understand why.

For it to be 24 hours it sure doesn't seem like it. I got in line. There was other cars waiting as well for over 25 minutes. So I pulled to the next window. There was a guy on a bike outside and I waves at him. He waved back as in brushing me off. I stayed at the window until he came over. I asked if they were open. He said we will take orders in a little bit so pull back around and try again. I said um what. I got back in line. Another 20 minutes passed. I gave up. Ridiculous
