My wife and I come here whenever we make it to the St. Louis area. The food is more than worth a stop when we are headed home from the airport. All dishes are so flavorful and unique. On our most recent visit we drove for over an hour just to have lunch. We brought a friend who lived in Thailand for 10 years. He loved the food and appreciated its authenticity. Highly recommend.

The soup was amazing and warmed my soul on a cold wintery day. The sampler platter did not disappoint and was perfectly crispy and sweet. My wife requested no cilantro on her soup but when it arrived at Our table it had cilantro in it. I requested a new bowl and they brought it right back out stating it was remade but we think they just removed the cilantro and much of the broth as there was still bits of in the soup. Despite the mistake we will be back for certain!

We went to Wentzville location on Sunday at 2pm. No other party was in the restaurant. We have a family of 5. We were seated at one table in the overflow room.
Our food was great, hot and hardly any wait. We got four entrees and appetizer with waters. When we received our bill there was a 20% gratuity added to our bill. We could not change it. With food and taxes our bill was $72.39, gratuity made it $85.74. Our service was fine, and we would have tipped accordingly, 15-20% is our usual depending on service. We also like to tip in cash for servers. However, it didn’t give us that option of paying with card. We could not adjust it in any way. When we questioned the server, she told me that they ALWAYS add 20% on parties of 5, MOST restaurants do that for 5 and up. We have been eating out for a long time as a family and have never had that happen to us. When we paid, the square machine even asked us if we wanted to tip on top of that!! Uh…no.
I understand 6 or even 8, but not our family of 5. We occupied 1 table, didn’t even get five entrees and got water.
**Families beware: FIVE or more will add 20% with no alternative.**
That’s disappointing as we really like Thai Kitchen, but next time we will probably reconsider a sit down experience; because you can’t always count on a 20% service, especially when it’s a busier day/hour. Or the server should tell the guests or parties of 5 or more they will be charged 20% gratuity.
