  Well as a dasher and a customer who have NEVER HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE HERE. I just picked up am order and waited for 20 minutes. I mentioned something to the 5 employees sitting in the lobby put if frustration and the red hair employee was so rude to me and talked back to me in the middle of the store. I walked out very upset. I called the store to speak to a manager. Her name was Nicole. I asked for the employees name as I was going to call corporate. She laughed on the phone which I have on recording and says yeah I'm not gonna tell you that. I said okay I'll be sure to share your name and the video i have along with it of such horrible customer service. HOW CAN YOU GUYS NOT SEE THE HORRIBLE REVIEWS AND NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I shared on socials the video. And I will also share the voice call we had because mcdonalds dosnt want to hold their horrible employees accountable. I will be doing something about this along with sharing the video and voice recording with corporate. I really hope somethings done about this. It was probably nicole who was the one who was rude to me 🤣

  my fries were severely undercooked, their service has always been bad, and i’ve had many issues with this location and franchise.

  This place is why I will never go to McDonalds again. The counter no longer has menus, must enter what you want on their kiosk. Outside drive through painfully slow. They are trying to get everyone to order through their stupid app. McDonald’s lost a customer for life.
