Only car in the drive thru and was asked to pull forward and wait. Watched employees talking with someone in the back who was not in uniform instead of working and attending to customers. Girl just came to my car with the wrong order.

I had to change my daughters order from a plain hamburger to only ketchup. So she said, so you don't want it plain you want ketchup on it? I said yes and she responded with "Oh my God!" She was trying to hurry me through my order and was getting very annoyed and frustrated. She continued to have an attitude, so we just left. She yelled out the drive thru - "Wow, thanks!" I won't give my money to a place that treats their customers like that. Won't ever go back to Wentzville McDonalds

Coffee was ordered as a hot carmel mocha but what I recieved was a cup of brown hot water. Cashier refused to give me a receipt. This has got to be the worst McDonalds in America.

So I waited 20 minutes and didn't even get the right order. And the fries were cold when they came out. I saw a lot of the workers just standing around and dancing.
