The drive-through service was awful, and they didn’t give me a receipt - Likely because they didn’t want a survey given. The drive-through took about 15 minutes to get to the window. They started having people pull forward and wait for their order - I guess so their metrics would not look bad. The blond woman who took my order was also bringing food out to the cars that were waiting, but not mine. People ahead of and behind me got their food, eventually. The only thing I ordered was the Number 2. I waited and waited. About 20 minutes went by, and there were more cars piled up. As the blond woman brought food out to the car behind me, she went up to the side of the restaurant and was smoking a cigarette. Unbelievable. I was about to go into the restaurant and ask what the heck was going on. About 10 minutes later, she came out with my order. It was nice and cold by then. I am going to report this incident to corporate as well. The fact that there are cars parked up waiting for their order, and the woman sits outside and smokes, really irritated me. I love the food at BK, but it will be a long time before I go back.
